Water-repellent products

A solvent-based product formulated with oligomers and polymers providing a chemical reaction with inorganic mineral surfaces to make them water-repellent, leaving their colour and natural breathability unaltered. DRYSIL provides a lasting water-repellent effect and withstands weathering and UV rays.

CONSUMPTION: on average, 1 litre of product can be used to treat 3–4 m2 of surface with two coats, but consumption can vary significantly depending on the type of surface.

It is a product formulated with polymers in aqueous solution that, once applied to any building surface affected by salt efflorescence issues, penetrates deeply to create a filter which prevents salts from moving without blocking the flow of water vapour.

CONSUMPTION: on average, 1 litre of product can be used to treat 2–3 m2 of surface, but consumption can vary significantly depending on the type of surface.

It is a highly fluid and colourless solvent-based single-component fluorinated polymer. Ready-to-use, when applied to a concrete surface or other absorbent building materials, it penetrates and dries very quickly. Once dry, it protects the object and prevents water from penetrating it, while allowing water vapour to escape. DRYSIL FLUORO provides a far greater resistance to UV rays than normal siloxane products which, along with its ability to prevent dirt from clinging to the surface once treated, makes it an absolutely premium product among the invisible protective agents available on the market.

CONSUMPTION:

• On prefabricated concrete: 0.10–0.15 l/m2.
• On concrete cast on-site: 0.15–0.20 l/m2.
• On stone materials: 0.10–0.20 depending on the type.
• On plasters: 0.20–0.40 l/m2.

It is a solvent-based product formulated with oligomers and polymers providing a chemical reaction with inorganic mineral surfaces to make them water-repellent. It leaves the colour and natural breathability of surfaces unaltered. The resulting water-repellent effect has a medium-long duration in terms of resistance to weathering and UV rays. Due to its high resistance to alkalinity, it is suitable for treating both old and new concrete surfaces.

DRYSIL BALCONI E TERRAZZI is a waterproofing protective treatment for balconies and terraces consisting of two products to be applied in two successive phases. DRYSIL B/T FONDO provides a lasting water-repellent and protective effect against weathering and UV rays. DRYSIL B/T FINITURA is a solvent-based single-component fluorinated polymer that, when applied to absorbent building surfaces previously treated with DRYSIL B/T FONDO, creates an invisible protective layer on the surface that prevents water penetration but allows water vapour to flow. DRYSIL B/T FINITURA features an extremely high resistance to UV rays and prevents dirt from attaching to the treated surface.

CONSUMPTION: the content of the DRYSIL BALCONI E TERRAZZI (DRYSIL FONDO 1 litre – DRYSIL FINITURA 0.5 litres) kit can be used to treat a surface of roughly 10 m2.

DRY CLEAN FORTE is an acidic detergent with a descaling action. The product contains hydrochloric acid (highly effective against cement and limescale deposits that are hard to remove using descalers formulated with other acids), surfactants and adjuvants that exert a balanced descaling and cleaning action.

DRY CLEAN FORTE is used for the final washing of flooring and other building surfaces for removing processing residues, efflorescence, excess slurry and dirt.

CONSUMPTION: 0.1–0.3 l/m2.
